Is it possible to tweak iPad to allow more than 4 icons in one row (I guess 5 or 6), or perhaps even an additional row (in portrait mode, that is)? I don't want to change the theme as I like the default one, but it would be great if I was able to fit more icons on one screen.

Several different tweaks to do this, but Iconoclasm is my favourite
