Flash and html5

So I read Steve Jobs thoughts on flash, what I then don't understand is when I go to the Fox website to watch a tv episode it says this player is not enabled for html5 delivery....but isnt that what Jobs says Apple is embracing?

I suppose you could read that as saying the iPad won't do HTML5, but it's more likely that the Fox site is saying that Fox's player (the one on their site) is not HTML5 compatible, and therefor won't work with the iPad.
