The iPad does not support Flash, but have a read of this.
How to Play Flash Content on Your iPad
There are many circumstances when being able to play Adobe Flash media on your iPad would be great. While officially the iPad does not support any Flash, the iPad apps below are designed to play Flash content on the iPad. Basically, these apps transcode the Flash on a remote server, then hopefully send the playable content back to your iPad. Lag time can be a challenge though, due to the time needed to convert the Flash content and return it to your device. None of the iPad apps listed below guarantees the content you want will play, but all are worth exploring.
