Flash on the ipad2

Why cant I view flash on my iPad this sucks does anyone know how I can I already tried iswifter and SkyFire and Cloude browse and nine of them are free.):

There are about 100 threads re flash on this site. Use the search button. iPad does not support flash ~ all workarounds are sluggish, unpredictable and may not be free.
