I know that apple don't support flash player but I was wondering if there was anything that I could do to make it work?

No, nothing at all. Flash is a proprietary web language that needs a player to play it. No Flash Player - no Flash. All you can do is get a browser that converts the Flash video to html5 - something like Skyfire.
