Please suggest media player equal to flasher player 10 for iPad2

There are several browsers which you could try in the AppStore: iSwifter, puffin, photon to name a few. The iPad does not support Flash as you realize. In addition, adobe has discontinued supporting Flash on Mobile devices at this time.
