Force iPad YouTube to play in low resolution

Hi,

I have a bit of a slow Internet connection and seeing as most video on YouTube is now high res when I play back on my iPad it keeps buffering. Is there any way to force my iPad to play low res versions like you can select on the computer?

I don' think there is a way to change that in the YouTube app. You should be able to set your resolution if you browse YouTube in Safari and not use the "official" app.
