Getting password from Three

Have just got a micro sim card from Three and downloaded the 3 app, it recognises the card and I can log in using 3g.
Have managed to enter my details , name address etc, but to change the password I need to know the old password.
Using the web it asks for the password to log in if I say forgotten password it says it has sent a text to my phone.
My question is there an app that will access my phones messages.
All the ones I have looked at like Truphone use their own numbers, I want to be able to use my number
