Getting The iOS Version ???

I have reset my iPad2 for selland it's now at the screen with connect to iTunes...How do I tell the iOS version after it's been reset to original settings? Is there a way or will I have to re-connect to iTunes to get the version? Thank you so much for any help you can provide!!!!

just setup as new iPad, and choose not to load anything.
buyer would prefer to see it working anyways.
