Gmail Not Working

Hi,

A week ago I had my iPad and gmail working wonderfully. Now it has stopped. I cannot send or receive gmail using the iPad mail application. It is working fine on my iPhone - so I rule out a problem with google. It works fine is Safari.

I have tried:

Deleting the email account and re-creating it on the iPad.
Re-booting the iPad.
Resetting the network settings.
The captcha unlock app.

Anyone got any ideas?

Hi, Thanks for your response. I worked it out, the WiFi network I was trying to use was blocking the port used for mail transport.
