Gmate + Ipad mini2+Jabra stone 2

Hi bro.I have a question but i don't know where can i ask this so i said here.
Can i use gmate + ipad mini2 and my jabra stone 2 at the same time? I heared ipad can not do that because of ipad size i want to use my stone2 and bcaz of call and sms i have to buy gmate.
Anyone help me please.
