Seagate has been generating software updates like crazy lately, and somewhere along the line I lost the ability to see personalized video thumbnails. By that I mean that all I see for my videos are the generic system ones. Actually, .mov files show, but none of the .mp4 or .avi, etc, files have individual thumbnails.
Can anyone tell me how to regain them?
