Hi everyone, I bought my Ipad3 off of ebay a year ago and love it. My first Apple experience coming from a Windows background. The Ipad5 is rumored to be arriving in the fall. If i buy it can i just use itunes to restore the latest backup from my ipad 3 to the new Ipad5? or will I have to redownload all my apps?

No, you can use your iPad 3 backup to set up the new iPad when you buy it. You will not have to manually download anything. Your contacts and data should also be transferred with the backup.
