New iPad user here, I bought one last week. I've been a longtime Apple user and traded in my MacBook Pro to buy the iPad. So far, I think it was a great decision.

I work in IT and have for about 15 years. I also own a Moto Droid, Kindle and self-built PC.

I'm also helping my company test and roll out iPads.
