Handbrake on Windows 7 64-bit

Okay, well, I've been looking EVERYWHERE in handbrake looking for I can increase the picture size to 1024x768, but it will not let me go any higher than 608x336.

Help please! Here are a few screenies for Mac users who might get confused.

The Windows version of Handbrake is very different from the Mac version and also seems to be missing a few settings from the Mac versions.

I believe it's in relation to the movie you're transfering. You can make a movie smaller but not bigger.
