Handwriting recognition app across the board?

I'm seeking advice for a handwriting app that can convert to text. Is there a way to use for emails, etc? I'm not talking about just for notes, I mean to convert to text. Thanks in advance

Only one app that I'm aware of, and that's WritePad. It recognizes as you write, you can't feed it a whole block of pre-written notes.

It's too early in my exploration of it to give it a thumbs up or down.

Thanks for the info. I've looked at that one. I suppose there isn't anything available that can do what I'm thinking. I saw the write pad, bt I just purchased Note Taker HD, guess there's no way to get a refund huh? Oh well, I just hate to chalk it up to too fast purchases.
