Having Email issues with a user

I am looking for anyone who may have seen this problem. Had a user creating emails in Airplane mode. When he connected his emails sent out. What happened was that the emails he replied to did not go to the correct recipients. We found the emails he sent It looks like he hit reply when the email was created the Subject and the recipient changed. the body of the emails stayed the same. So he sent out the email to the wrong people. Somehow the header information is being messed up. Any thoughts or ideas?
