Having problems restoring my iPad2 with iTunes

Hi,
So I have a password locked iPad 2. Unfortunately, someone's got it disabled. Seeing my old laptop's broke I haven't synced the iPad with my new one, so I don't have any back up on of my files etc. So I've been looking up ways to restore it, and thought I got it, but no...
On all the explanations I've looked at iTunes provides them with a simple 'restore' option, but this is what happens with me: ipad.webp
I'm starting to get really desperate, just want to be able to use it again! What can I do? :(

Can you elaborate on a few things?

1. someone's got it disabled? What do you mean?

2. Are you looking for ways to restore it from a backup you don't have? Or restore it to a blank/new iPad state?

Someone tried to get on it for so many times that it's been deactivated, because they got the password wrong.
New iPad state :)

On that screen you need to click on Retore IPad. I'm not sure why you are baulking at that.

I believe that the best, and most honest, advice I can give you is to take 'your' iPad, with proof of purchase to an Apple Store. They will get it going for you. ;)
