Hi all
I'm new to all this to be honest I'm looking for a lot of help over time but first I've been sent an email with an attachment which is a short 30sec video from a iPhone but I can't this to open I'm in iPad when I click on the email and open attachment it try to load then the screen goes black with a circle and a triangle inside any ideas???

I saw your problem with the video attachment. That circle with the triangle means that you don't have an app that can handle that format of file. You need something like OPlayer or a similar video app to be able to play that type of file format.

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.

No - once OPlayer is installed you should be able to press on the attachment in the email and you'll be offered the 'Open In' menu with OPlayer as a compatible app.

I'm in NE Scotland - near Huntly - between Aberdeen and Inverness along the A96...rubbish weather...
