Hello from France

Hello, i'm the proud new owner of an ipad 2 - english-born & speaking but living in France & therefore with a French setup & app store (which may confuse issues occasionally!!!!!) i know I could have uk setup but I prefer French as most of my thinking is in French!!!

I'm thrilled with my new toy, just slightly frustrated by lack of Flash Player for certain sites & not being able to get certain apps as they're not available in the French 'store' - neither of these were problems that I had with my Archos (android) so Am surprised that a vastly superior product has these shortcomings. Having said that I wouldn't change back, so mustn't complain !!!!

There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.

Remember, search is your friend.
