I already posted on a thread because I am having a VERY frustrating issue, but figured I should introduce myself anyway.
I got my iPad2 in May and love it, minus the lack of Flash and a decent camera. I have an iPhone4S and had a 3GS before that. I only switched because AT&T reception where I have lived and traveled was terrible, with one exception. I am currently in Hawaii and the reception here is great. If I were moving here, I would have kept AT&Tand my 3GS. Alas, I have to go back home, so I got the new phone and switched back to Verizon. I used them when I had my Blackberry Storm. If it would have worked, it would have been fantastic, but it was a headache. I hope I am now done with all the phone switching.
I became an Apple enthusiast almost exactly three years ago when my PC completely wigged on me while I was in nursing school. I didn't have the energy to mess with it after Microsoft literally told me they had no solutions for me and I should use it for parts. I went directly to the Apple store and got a MacBook. I upgraded the OS to Snow Leopard and then to Lion, but otherwise, it is still perfect just as when I got it. I never have the urge to throw it out of a window. I am so pleased that computer ownership can be so smooth.
Because of my experiences with great products, I always advise people in the market for new devices to look at Apple products. They are pricier, but the quality is unbeatable and they are replaced much less often. Three years with a PC these days is practically unheard of.
So, that's my story. I am glad to have found the forum and look forward to learning some things here.
