Hello, my name is Lesley and I am the proud owner of a iPad WiFi/3G 65G iPad pre order. I am so excited to get my hands on my iPad as are the people I work with. I have been told that I "must" bring that new puppy to work as soon as it arrives.
Like many of you, I did a lot of research and soul searching before deciding to plonk down over $1000 (with accessories) on a brand new, unproven device. Here are some of my reasons:
1. Convergence - see my post titled Convergence: A Wish List
2. I'm a geek and love to play with new technology
3. Apple has a proven track record of introducing technology that becomes an integral part of our lives and, more than any other company, has the traction to push us towards the next phase of interfacing with and manipulating information.
