Would like to be of help - but what do you mean with iword?
If you are talking about a specific app with that name - just did a small search on the AppStore and could not really identify one...
If you want an APp for writing/ editing MS Word files there are a bunch of Office Apps out there which can do that - depeding on your own taste youw would have to decide for it yourself. You can sarch this forum for office and find quite some threads about it, or you just navigate to the iPad Apps- iPad at work-Forum.
If you are looking for a good writing app on the iPad, witjout being bound to a specific file-format: I use (and I am a fan of) pages, apples "word app", although transformation from and to MSword is not the very best....
