Help! Can't access apple account.

I need help, I can't able to access my apple account. Whenever I Try to access the account and there comes a error message some thing like this "We could not complete your itunes store request. The Requested Resource could not be found." What should I do now. I have no idea why this is happening to me. Can any one help me out. Thanks in advance
