Help! Iphone 4 Sim in Ipad and Movie Icons.

I have an unlimited data package on my extra line. I have a mini sim from an Iphone 4. I changed the settings from broadband to phone. It actually worked great for 2 days, now it stopped working. Am I missing something? I also tried the Cingular settings too. Neither work.

Next question...

I have a bunch of movies on my Ipad. For some reason the icons are from other movies that are on there. Any ideas?
