Is it possible to show characters my password? Im using ipad 2. Because i forgot my password in twitter and i can only use twitter when im using my ipad 2 because my twitter here is automatically login. What should I do to show characters my password?

To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to have the iPad show your password, especially if it's just to look at it whole).

May I suggest you go to the main Twitter web site on a computer and look for the "forgot password" link. Most, if not all, major sites have the ability to help you recover your password or create a new one.
