Help Needed - Lost my sound through my speakers

I was watching a video on You Tube and things were fine and all of a sudden bam, no sound. Checked everything, mute button, side switch button, etc. still no luck. I did a full reboot to start from scratch and still had no luck. I then just thought I would try using my headphones and I can hear everything just fine and dandy but once I unplug I have no sound through my speakers. I have the most current update 8.1.03. thanks!!
