Help needed when deleting apps.

Can someone please help me. When I delete my apps, the majority just go,
But I have a few that come back every so often, I do not understand how
this happens and more importantly how can I stop this from happening?

Do they return when you sync your iPad?

If they are reappearing when you sync its because the apps haven't been deleted from within iTunes.

Sign into iTunes on your PC and delete the same apps you have deleted on your iPad and they won't reappear when you sync.
