Help on how to trasfer video from your email to ipad?

The video was originally came from my ipad which I sent it out on my email. So, i deleted the videos here on my ipad already. When I open my email using my ipad it wont play nor I cannot save it again to my ipad. Please help me, I don't know what to do. .. I wanted to save those videos back to my ipad.

Save the video from your email to PC. From there, you can use iTunes to sync it back to the iPad as a video/movie, or just from Photos with the Include Videos box checked.
