Help to Config and install apps from computer to 150 Ipads at the same time!

Well my biggest problem right now is that we got more then 150 Ipad in this school for the students.
With all new appas and software that needs to be up to date its so hard for me do this! I dont have time to do all the setup on each.
So is there any program/app that can help me with this problem?
To shoot out apps and configurations for ipads from the computer mac/pc?
