Help with iTunes Needed

I just tapped on something at iTunes U for the first time. Before I knew it, I was downloading a 60 mb file. Now I don't see any way to watch it. It doesn't appear on any menu anywhere in iTunes. How can I see it? And how can I delete it?

On the left side of itunes where you see your Library and Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts... You should also see one named iTunes U, your video/audio should be in there.

I know what you're referring to because I have that left side column on my PC, but it does not appear on my iPad. There is no left hand column. I have not synced my iPad with my PC because I'm not interested in using my iPad as a music player. What should I do?

I see it now. It's a separate app. ITunes is just for downloading. Then you have to go to the iPod app to play it. Now my question is: how do I delete it?

try swiping your finger across it, a delete button will show up.
