Help with Password protection

Just got a new iPad2 and will be allowing my family to use it but I would like a few apps (mail and a bank app) secured by password in a folder so they can't be accessed by all the Fam.

Any help would be appreciated!

Can't help with the password protect mail apps but for storing info and passwords for various sites I recommend 1Password. Excellent

Depending on your mail provider, Better Web Mail might be able to keep your mail secure. There is no way of doing it with the native Mail app.

Any bank app should force you to sign on each time, or at least have an option that way. If you access it via Safari, you need to remember to sign out each time.
