How do I place a picture with my profile.?

G'day and welcome to the forum!

To post a picture to your profile, click on User CP at the top of the screen (that's your User Control Panel) --

then from there, click on the Edit Profile Picture option.

Thanks,but where or how do I find the user control
Have been trying ,but cannot make head or tail of the options

Julie - you need to look carefully at the screen shots that are posted. It really can't be any clearer.

Indeed, forum app and pc browser look entirely different.

Use the website, you can't modify user ID stuff using the app.
Google up iPad forums and you'll find the website.
