Greetings fellow iPaddicts. Haha...that *just* came to me.
This is me, introducing myself to the community. I'm Renée, and for almost all game apps, my user name is PsychicSoul. I just bought the iPad forum app, and happy to find that I know I will learn much from reading the forums. I have many questions about how to do something, or how best to find, by search string, game apps most suited to my highly selective tastes (some favorites listed below), and some technical questions. I love learning new things, and I tend to get easily frustrated by tech issues that cause interruptions, delays, what not. Normally, tech problems occur mostly on my desktop pc.
Currently, I am trying to find out how to DIRECTLY contact billing to reverse unauthorized in-app purchases for W.E.L.D.E.R, one of my top 5 game apps. My son was playing the game and made 27...27! "gigawatt" purchases, thinking he was using virtual "token funds" earned. In reality, the total came to about $480, debited from my bank, the account automatically frozen due to a flag trigger for possible fruadulant activity. I need help how to find Apple Billing Support to dispute and reverse these charges. Any help is appreciated.
As promised, my favorite apps (all games, except last couple): Royal Envoy, W.E.L.D.E.R, Fiona's Flowers, Osmos, Pocket Frogs, Pogo Games; OmniSketch; Netflix. I have some others, but those are the top. I do tend to favor BigFish for games.
