Hi all - new member here

I have the latest iPad and the email has stuck. It will open but there is no response when I touch any part of the screen, so I can't open emails, delete them etc.

A "google" question on the iPad directed me to this site. I found an answer (force close email app, restart iPad etc) but rather that write it down (I haven't connected it to a printer yet), I thought I'd log on to the desktop and print it from there.

Hence I have now registered and hope to sort the problem shortly.
