Hi and photo help please

Hi, Here I am new to all this but getting there slowly and do need help, in deleting photo's, I did read one thread on here suggesting we download Photo Manager Pro and that would do the job sorry but that's not the case so money lost on that one plus I cannot see how sync in ITunes will do the job without deleting photo's from my pc, HELP please.

Photo Manager Pro is a great app....it has lots more features than the native mail app and you'll be able to sort your photos into folders and subfolders with it.
