Hi can't factory reset my Ipad

my Mother has put restrictions on my ipad to the point im unable to update my apps which i use for art. She has forgot the screentime password for the ipad and i am beyond angry about this since i dont have any other thing to do digital art with. i need to factory reset my ipad due to my mothers carelessness but i cant because theres a protection. im also unable to do this through ITunes. how do i force a factory reset?

You don’t need the restrictions passcode to reset the iPad. You do need the Apple Account holder password though.
