I'm Bill and I'm the proud new owner of an ipad 32gb, I am an IT trainer and Photographer.

However,

My first question is, and i'll bet its been asked a million times before is

My own website and my employers intranet has flash on it is there any app available for the ipad yet or do I have to remove flash to view it or view my employers on another PC or Mac

You must remove flash and convert to HTML5.

Flash will NEVER play on an ipad. unless you jailbreak and use Frash OR use a remote desktop application.
