Hi all, I'm so glad I found the forum - I was was just about ready to buy "iPad for Seniors." :o I still might. I've had my iPad for over a month, but with other life stuff just haven't got around to playing with it. I really thought it would be more intuitive after having an iMac for years. Hope everyone is well!

Welcome to the forum. The iPad manual is a great read, and it's free. If you are reading the forum on our website, you can download a copy by touching the link in my signature.

You can also find some great information right here on iPF. Not that paying for books is bad, but some of us are getting pretty fossilized so we are in this together.

Hope you find some help and interesting stuff here.

One essential download is iBooks. It's free from the app store. Once you have it, you can store your manual there so it's always available.
