What's new

Hi. My name is Tom and I'm an iPadoholic

theDigithead

iPF Noob
While I'm mindful that this is a forum for Apple iPad users, I'm here to discuss it and learn things, and share experiences and advice; I'm not here to debate what OS platform is "better," or get into any of those childish arguments. I have a Nexus 7, a Kindle Fire HD, an iMac and a Windows 8 Laptop. I like personal technology in general and much of it is interesting to me.

I just recently sold my iPad 2 and got myself an iPad 4, and I really like the faster processor and the retina display and higher res camera. I use it for mobile Adobe apps, Music, Photos, and all kinds of other useful things, and I'd say that I use my iPad more than all of my other devices combined. image.webp

Welcome to the forum.

I think you'll find it a convivial place. Quite a few members are multi-platform, and while there is some discussion and comparison the moderators don't let it get out of hand. Not that they are often forced to interfere.

Welcome aboard, Tom. Hope we can help out with any questions you might have. Don't be afraid to have a wander around and get involved in any discussions that are under way.

Hello!
I use Android, Kindle and have recently uploaded Windows 8 on my notebook, and still enjoy the iPF.
So: welcome and have a good time!
