That'll be the reason then, iOS 6.1.3 isn't jailbreakable.

You can't put WhatsApp on a stock iPad (the developer has said they are not supporting the iPads (or the Mini, for that matter)). You must be jail broken to install WhatsApp. As you are on iOS 6.1.3, you can't jailbreak your iPad, which means you can't install WhatsApp. Sorry.

With that said (and because we have a LOT of threads about trying to install WhatsApp) - I'm going to go ahead and close this thread. Thanks for your understanding.
