I am located in Japan and joined the forum today. Just bought an ipad2 and trying to get familiar with it. I am basically a window guy, this is the first time I am going to use an apple product. I have couple of things to ask: 1) how can I copy a picture from a browser and use it in making a presentation in key note? I was expecting that if I tap, the copy command will be available. However in the browser when I open the picture, tapping does not do anything. 2) isn't using safari or mercury troublesome? The option is so limited. I could find any tools button in iPad safari browser. Do you guys have any suggestions? 3) I am also having a difficult time in sync. The iPad does not offer any choice what I want to sync. But in the guide, it is clearly mentioned that I will have a choice. Any suggestions or advice will be highly appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the forum - :)

You've posed a wide variety of questions which are difficult to answer in an 'introductory' post - these are questions that have come up often and you may want to start w/ some searching of the forum.

Also, many others will have similar issues, esp. about the browser functions (or lack of them, such as NO right-click) & sync, so starting a 'new' thread may be a better way to collect all of the posts in one specific location and useful for others from the title of the thread.

Good luck - :D

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad
