Hide task bar

Hi,
I am a new I pad owner and have a question regarding the task bar, is it possible to hide the task bar when looking at an internet page in Sarari?

You can hide the Bookmark bar but the not the uppermost task bar. However other browsers, such as iCab, can operate in 'full screen' mode.
