Highlight and change fonts

Hi,
Is there a way to highlight or change font in an email?

Not using the standard iPad Mail app.....however......the Mail app does 'understand' HTML formatted emails so, if you use a third-party HTML editor and format the text there, you can cut and paste it into the Mail app text window and you're good to go......
