Hmmm Seems you can run Windows on an iPad

It's an app called Online Desktop and the app is free but it's a service you have to sign up for.

It's actually a great app if you need access to MS office files like excel. You can work on your docs just like you would on your pc. The biggest issues for me would be that you need Internet connection to get on their server and their server is always full so you have to wait to get on. Pretty good for now, at least until office for iPad is released.
