How do I airprint to a cannon printer?

I ve been looking around and it seems that there are only a few hp printers that are compatable with ipad's 2 airprint (which I find annoying to say the least). My cannon is wirelessly connected to an imac. Is there a way to be able to print from my ipad to the cannon?

I had the same problem. There are lots of apps in the app store that allow you to do so.
