How do i get audio to come out of the lighting connector?

If I can't I guy I can through the 3.5 mm port but I want to mount it in my car and in my house wall

I don't think that's possible. Why not use the earphone jack?
 
Both video and audio can go out over the lightning connector. The iPad can drive a display and output sound, so it can be done. If you mount a TV in your car that has HDMI inputs, then you can drive that with any iPad.

The best option is to simply mount the iPad in your dash and use its screen as your display...then use bluetooth to link to in-car audio.

Parrot uses direct connect to send audio to their in car systems which offers better quality audio. So it is available however I have no idea what connectors will work with it
 
My car comes with the 30 pin connector, so I bought the official lightning to 30 pin adapter from Apple and plug that into the car connector. I get audio, remote control from steering, and song artist/title display on my car stereo.
The lightning to 30 pin adapter is actually a DAC that converts the digital audio from the lightning port to analog.
