You post a thread by going to a discussion page, click the arrow in the upper right corner, and click what says " new thread ", th type what you want to ask or say, and click send.

If you spot a mistake in one of your posted messages, you can correct it by clicking on that same right hand arrow and then clicking "edit". When you have put everything right, click "send" again to put it back in place.
