how do i read sealed PDF files on my iPad?!?

Im using my iPad for college and i bought a electronic version of all my books. This was going great untill one of the books i got off cengagebrain.com uses Oracle IRM to "unseal" the book. Since i cant download oracle onto my iPad from the cengagebrain.com website, im wondering if maybe there is a app i dont know about or a different method to go aroung the sealed pdf file

That cengage app is only to view some of the books they offer and to buy them, yet it does not allow you to view all the books they sell ( higher education books for example) nor does it show the books you have purchased
