How do view *all* app purchases on iPad Pro / iPad OS 14.7 ?

Can someone describe how I can put my eyeballs on my entire apps purchase history? I can see some items but not all. I unintentionally deleted an app I paid for. App store wants to charge me for a new copy of that app, and nothing in my Settings > Account will give me a full accounting of everything I’ve bought, so that I can restore what I’ve already paid for.

Go to the App Store, tap your profile at the top right.
Select “Purchased”:

Go to “My Purchases”:

Tap “Not on this iPad”:

You’ll find your deleted app there.
